This Privacy Policy explains how METAIAM Inc. (“METAIAM”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through www.metaiam.com (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only. Data processed by METAiD deployments is governed by the agreements with the customer organizations that operate them.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. The Site has no accounts and no forms. If you email or message us, we receive your contact details and the content of your message.
- Technical information. Our hosting and content delivery provider processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your enquiries, to operate and secure the Site, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use the Site for advertising, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and then delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact sales@metaiam.com.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
